Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened soaps cannot be returned.
Your may return a product only if:
it was damaged during delivery
Your received the wrong product
the package was missing items
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported within usually 3 to 7 days
